Physical property
The impact strength is 250-300 times as of glass, 30 times as high as Acrylic, and 20 times of the toughened glass. it wont crack as 5kg hammer fallen down from four-meter high.
Durability of PC Sheet
PC sheet physical stability maintains in range of -40 ℃ to 120 ℃. With UV anti-aging protective layer on the surface, the longest life is more than 15 years.
Sound Proof Property
Sound insulation of PC Sheet is better than that of glass and Acrylic. Under condition of same thickness, sound insulation of PC sheet is increased by 3 to 4DB. it is preferred material for highway noise barrier in the world.
Fire Resistance
The national standard GB50222-95 confirms that PC Sheet fire retardant class I, the B1 grade. The ignition temperature is 580 degree centigrade. It will be got extinguished after leaving from fire, and not producing toxic gas when burning. I will not contribute to the spread of fire. Even if the cigarette butts fall on it, there will be no damage.
